To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Once the order is picked up from your doorstep, we will dispatch the exchanged size from our warehouse. Please allow us at least 4-7 days to deliver the exchanged product to your doorstep.
We do not offer free exchange or return shipping. orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. Once a return request has been placed with Riya Enterprises Customer Service, it usually takes 3-5 business days to pick up the product from your doorstep and another 2-4 days to initiate a refund after successful product inspection by our Quality Check (QC) department.
Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check, which takes about 24-48 hours. The refund will depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. If you checked out using the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment mode, we will share a RazorPayout link to get the refund amount. You will need to fill in your bank or UPI details there to receive the instant refund amount; sometimes, it takes 2-3 days to reflect in your account.
